Where will you be studying?
By this time you should have a pretty good idea of what to expect from the Emerge program, and who’s behind it. So now let’s talk a little bit about the place behind it all, New Horizon Church.
New Horizon is located in Fife, Washington, which is in-between Seattle and Tacoma. New Horizon is a nondenominational church that was founded 25 years ago by Dwain and Joel Wolfe. It is a member of Harvest International Ministries (HIM), a network of churches led by Che Ahn, as well as Global Legacy – the church network founded by Bill Johnson of Bethel Church in Redding.
You will be studying at New Horizon for much of your class time, as well as going on leadership-strengthening outreaches in the local community. Here are a couple of pictures of the facility.
Housing
You are free to stay wherever you wish during your time in Emerge, provided you have easy access to the campus either by car or some other method. If you require assistance in finding housing, we will have a list of recommended facilities as well as a number of host homes that might be a good fit. That list is coming soon, so check back shortly if you need it. In the meantime, contact us to get housing recommendations.
