Emerge exists to empower the next generation of leaders. We are passionate about investing in the young people who are going to take culture by storm. We want to see this generation succeed not just in one or two areas of their life, but in everything they set out to do.
We strive to develop well-balanced, emotionally healthy, kinetically motivated men and women. To this end, we have developed a holistic approach that focuses on the whole person, not just on academics. A person can be a successful business leader, but a terrible father or husband. She can have a magnetic personality, but be clueless about handling finances. That’s why we help to develop key skills that you don’t learn in a normal school – or even in some families. We want to help you achieve your absolute highest and best. If you give us nine months, we will give you a launching pad for a successful life.
Each student will be given a personal mentor or life coach who will help guide him or her down the road. This isn’t just some soulless machine we’ve hired, though – this is a real person who can be a true friend, even after Emerge has ended. They have had success in their own lives, and now they will help you achieve it, too.
Emerge is a Christian-based program. We believe that the Bible is for us today. We believe God is the author and creator of the universe, and that Jesus is His son who He sent to die for us so that we could be free of our sins. We believe that Jesus rose from the dead and performed miracles, and we believe that miracles happen today through the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe that your best life is a God-filled life.
We want students to recognize the relationship they can have with God. We also want them to be fully aware of it so that it can be utilized in every avenue of life. We believe that such a relationship is a key, critical piece of living a life that impacts the world.
Last of all, lead, for us, means two different things. It means to lead others, and it means to have the advantage in every area of your life. We want you to succeed. And we believe that, by taking the Emerge Leadership program, you will.
